There is no question that proper dieting plays a key role in any successful weight loss system. Tip 1: You must eat in order to lose weight

Your goal should not be to starve yourself in order to burn fat but rather to increase your overall metabolic rate so that your body becomes a fat burning machine and can handle the amount of calories you consume without accumulating it as fat.

This does not mean you should only eat high fat foods but eat all kinds of foods from both fatty and do not forget to add vegetables and fruits too as that will help to balance out your diet. Also learn to listen to your body as it will tell what kinds of foods it needs at certain times.
Sometimes you might be in the mood for some fruits so make sure to eat them when the mood hits and at other times you will want that fatty hamburger so go for it instead of stressing yourself out by trying to deny yourself.
